Track Your Custom Order BMW

Fields BMW wants to help make your ordering experience as seamless as possible. Below you will find instructions on how to track your custom ordered BMW so that you can monitor the progress of your brand new BMW from the start of it's production all the way up until it arrives on our lot.

First-Time BMW Owners:

1. Visit BMWUSA.com

2. Select "Owners" from the main menu, and then click on "Register for My BMW".

3. When you arrive at the login page, click "Register Now", and fill in the required fields.

4. Once you register, you will need to check your email in order to active your BMW login.

5. From your email, select "My Garage".

Existing BMW Owners:

1. Visit BMWUSA.com

2. Select "Owners" from the main menu, and then "Sign in to My BMW".

3. Login with the primary account holders username and password.

4. Select "My Garage".

How to add your BMW for tracking:

1. Click "Track My BMW" on the top "My Garage" menu.

2. Click "Add a Vehicle" in the middle of the page.

3. If you have your BMW's VIN, enter it into the VIN field. If you would like to use your production number instead, click on the link below the VIN field. Please note: if you only have a production number, the specs in the tracking system may not be exact. This will update once the vehicle enters production.

4. Once the vehicle has been added, click "My Vehicles" on the "My Garage" menu, then select "Track Status". This will show you the timeline of your BMW's production events.
